So you arrive at the garage - go into reception tell your tale and the receptionist makes out a job card. You forgot that due to liability reasons the mandatory visual inspection so that anything dangerous e.g. duff brakes or tyres gets reported to the customer.

Even when my son takes his own car into the workshop he has to complete a visual inspection report… company policy
