Company failing to arrange collection of 'returned' item.

I ordered a mattress online, it caused me back pain so I decided to return it as per the companies policy. The issue is that they keep failing to arrange for collection of the mattress from my home which must happen before the refund can be processed. So now I have no mattress and no funds to buy one. Where do I stand here legally, how can I move this forward? Issue ongoing since 4 Dec 24.
