Boiler installation - misquoted and now left with no heating. No no one from Installations replies

I booked a boiler repair 27/11 and was told the boiler was on its last legs, The engineer took some photos and arranged a phone call quote based on his info/pictures. I decided to go with it as the repair failed again and I was promised a pre Xmas install  date. Several calls made and no replies so I had to go over Xmas and New Year with a condemned boiler. But the installation date was 6/1, Hurrah,
The engineer came and said the boiler won't fit current cupboard and the pipework is too small anyway. Missing items too but the bottom line is someone would call me about a requote.
No one has so I have chased and chased and been told it needs a salesman to call and a new quote (why didn't they do that in the first place?!). Still no sign of a call and I have no heat. I have had a virus since New Year, and don't see why I should pay more when they plainly quoted incorrectly.  I emailed installations complaints but I think it just goes to the Manager who isn't getting back to me. Is there anyone else I can try?
Thank you
Jane (very cold and feeling quite ill now)

Get a second opinion from another company. It may be repairable, the first company may have been just trying to do more than really necessary.

Can you get a decent quote from Boxt or Heatable?

If you're struggling to get them to install a boiler, I wouldn't like to think what it would be like if you need anything sorting afterwards

If it needs to go in a kitchen cupboard Vailant ecofit pure range is small has the option of a rear flue and may avoid gas pipe updates but it all really depends on how much space you have to work with, where the flue hole is and where the pipes are, and what type of system it is (combi/system).
