We have a new boiler, new radiators (except for some skirting heating in one room) and have issues with heat circulating round the house. We have had the system flushed but debris from the old copper pipes is collecting in the boiler. We were told we need to have a pressurised system .

Unfortunately we inherited pipes sunk into concrete when the previous owners replaced the Edwardian floorboards before ducting was introduced. We are worried about leaks and the possibility of having to have our floors dug up.

The water pressure here is not high, would this make a difference and should we risk a power flush?
