EDF smart meter faulty
Options
Hi Fellas,
My EDF smart meter is not working since couple of months, even though a complaint has been raised to the provider, they still can't find a date or an engineer to get it fixed.
Can someone help to tackle this situation please. When asked about the payment they said I need to make the payment once the smart meter is fixed, which will take another month.

Faulty in what way ?
Is it not measuring usage at all, or it is just not automatically sending readings to the supplier ?0 -
On the payment, why are they not taking payments from you - is this because you are on monthly variable DD and no bill has been raised? Make sure that you put aside an estimated amount for the months where bills are missing to be sure you have this when they want to catch things up.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡
