Get £155 a week personal allowance from my deputy. Should I save some or live a good life/eat well?

I get £155 a week personal allowance from social services which means this is for food and coffees with my support staff a week... I've been scrimping and saving my PA money every week so I'll have some savings in my own bank account but it never comes to much because I spend it anyways.. But I'm saving £755 every 4 weeks in my deputy account at social services...It looks very unlikely I will be able to travel abroad in the future because of my increasing disabilities.... Instead of saving in my own account should I use the £155 a week PA to eat better and enjoy good food and really spend well on my food budget? Should I spend £100 a week on good food just for me and use £55 a week for coffees out with my support workers?

You need to eat! Make sure you spend that money on food shopping to last the week what’s left spend on yourself1

Save a bit and spend a bit. You're a long time dead.0

I would make sure I had good healthy food and money for coffees and enjoy myself - is there something you would like to learn to do? Maybe craft type, sporty stuff, photography, community things - something to enjoy. Then any spare money from food and going out could buy bits for your chosen hobbby/activity.
these are just my thoughts1 -
It is your money. Do what makes you happy and enjoy it.You do not need to go abroad for a holiday. Go somewhere in UK.3
