Just wanted to see whether others think my conveyancing quote is reasonable. I've used the same property lawyer for years and followed to current firm. I get on with them and have been pleased with previous work.
The quote is for a straightforward sale on a detatched property. Around 325k. No mortgage companies to deal with. Quote is around 1600.
I know everything has gone up with inflation but just wondering whether the overheads at this firm are pushing the prices a bit high. I'm not looking for the lowest quote as I know I could end up with a rubbish firm, just wondering what is normal now.
