Probate or not

My parents have passed away last year, owned a house as tenants in common. Mum died first leaving half house to me. Dad died recently. Do I need probate for Dad to sell the house? As was selling prior to his death as had Lasting Power of attorney. House still on the market.

PoA ends on death. Probate will now be needed before the house can be sold.
Are you executor of your father's will?Everything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the endQuidquid Latine dictum sit altum videtur0 -
Yes, probate will be required for your father’s estate.
You say your mother left her share to you, did her will also give your father a life interest in that share? That would be normal, bu if not you will need probate for both of them.0
