ANPR 365 - Reject Appeal

We recently received a parking fine from ANPR-365 Ltd telling us that we had overstayed in a car park back in June....
We stayed for around 2.5hrs from roughly 5:30pm - 8:00pm
The signs on site (that we have a photo of) show that after 5pm there is a £2 Evening Rate.
We parked, paid the £2 went about our merry way until 6mth later the fine appeared.
I've appealed, but their answer is that the PCN is correct.
I do not think that we are wrong in any way, but here we are - what should we do?
Do we ignore them... Appeal the rejection through POPLA... Pay the fine...

You don't have a fine. It is an invoice.
Only steps to take:
- Tell them if you move house within 6 years.
- Ignore the tedious £170 threatograms shown in pictures in the 4th post of the NEWBIES thread.
- Come back if you get a LBC as per the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread.
There is no risk in defending a claim.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Thanks @Coupon-mad been a while since i used a 'proper' forum and got lost, hence the post!

Hopefully you didn't admit to driving if it was 6 months later and a popla code was provided1
