Repairing ceiling after a water leak

Hi, We got another quote and it was £180 to paint the ceiling. We agreed to split the cost as freeholders. Spoke with tenants and they are moving out as well so not too concerned.
In the future we will get emergency cover to cover these situation. I am listing my flat in March with the next one hopefully a freehold.
All is well - I appreciate everyone's input.1
