HELP NEEDED with PCN on private land

Options

Any help would be appreciated. The driver parked outside Nando’s in Headingley Leeds as they assumed it was their customer car park. Upon looking on website linked, they only have one time stamp which is when the driver came into the car park not of them exiting. However, they have taken photos of the driver getting out of the car and also going into nando’s. Could they have more evidence or would it have to be on the website? Thankyou in advance.

    Welcome and Happy New Year!

You can look on their website but apart from that, do nothing unless you move house or receive a LBC or Claim Form.

Just ignore them. There's no appeals service with trying. Only steps to take:

    - Tell them if you move house within 6 years.

    - Ignore the tedious £170 threatograms shown in pictures in the 4th post of the NEWBIES thread.

    - Come back if you get a LBC as per the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread. There is no risk in defending a claim.

Everything is explained in that Announcement thread at the top of the forum. No link needed. See my signature for how to navigate around.

  • Thank you, it's very much appreciated.  Can I ask if they have a photo of the driver exiting the driver's side,  can I still challenge that the keeper is indeed the driver as per VCS v Edward, 2023

Just taken these points after reading the newbies thread
