Question about the evidence of my NIP (speeding)

Hello, I have a question about unclear evidence on my NIP for speeding. Just to clarify, I am not trying to avoid it, just want to clarify if this happened to anyone else.
On the evidence it states that the vehicle was travelling away from the camera due to negative speed, but it provides a picture of the front of my vehicle. There are more cars in the picture, can it be an error or am I missing something?

It's vanishingly unlikely to be an error.

The photo they've sent you is for ID purposes only, and they will have more on file.

If this is the first contact to the registered keeper, then you are simply being asked to identify the driver at the time. If it was you, DO SO NOW.  No more.

Once the driver has confirmed they were the driver, then they'll be offered either a course, a fixed penalty, or a court date - depending on speed and existing state of licence.

If you want to dispute the offence, you will need to turn down the course or fixed penalty, and opt straight for court. You will then be able to get all the evidence, and lodge your defence.
