Named driver insurance

Hi, I hope someone can advise. I had an accident in my own car and have claimed off my own policy. I am also a named driver on my sisters car. Does she need to inform her insurance company of my accident now? I know she will need to at renewal, but I am not sure if she needs to do this now.

Her policy will tell her, most will want to know at renewal
