Evening all,
Does anybody have a phone number for quidco? Has anyone had any communication with quidco before- if so how did you rate their "service"?
I'm having a few problems with them not responding to my emails...
Sorry if this is the wrong forum0 -
Cheeky BUMP
Anyone able to help?
Thanks0 -
Only contact is via their website I'm afraid - they don't give a phone number. The majority of the recent posts on the main Quidco MSE thread have the same complaint as you - no communication.

Oh no... Didn't realise other people were having problems too
Thanks for your reply0 -
i have just applied for a payday loan of £80 total payable £100 with £60 cashback so up £40!! one thing- when should I expect it to see it on my account as tracked?
How do these payday loans work - do you just pay the lump back in a oner or how does it work? £40 for nothing sounds quite good to me!!0 -
I've been chasing payment of £434 that's due to me for all transactions since joining Quidco. Payment has been 'scheduled' since May - then put off to the next month. Every time I query it a 'ticket' is produced and response promised, but not fulfilled. Despite their promises of "transparency" on their web site they just hide behind an anonymous façade.
It's all rather disappointing, especially when others (including Martin Lewis) recommend it so strongly.0 -
They can only pay once the companies pay them. Assuming your details are updated and correct (and over the minimum level) there is no reason not to be paid.
I have received money monthly with no issues (bar the odd BACS delay of a day or 2)0 -
The risk is that if items don't track, or the company doesn't pay Quidco. In those cases, you will receive zip.
For that reason I wouldn't buy anything that I wouldn't have bought anyway0 -
Just to let you know that although on the whole I have been paid monthly with no problems, I too had a problem with a transaction of £85 outstanding from October last year. To reassure you, although the status for payment was continually delayed, I finally received payment this month. Keep persisting with your tickets and ask for advice if you need to do anything with your bank details. Good luck0

Makes me laugh how so many people EXPECT to be paid.
Use their sureshop, it's guaranteed.
Are you the type of people who spend your work bonus before you get told if you're getting one? I love how people can be so expectant.
There is a quidco thread already and a quidco member does post in it. Use the search facility and you will all find it. Maybe a board moderator could merge the threads
