1. This competition is open to UK and global residents, aged 18 and over.

2. The prize for the winners consists of a free 30-minute consultation at By Firdous®HEALTHand 20-minute consultation Strictly Body Gains (valued at £90.00 each).

3. Winners have up to one year from notification to claim their prize.

4. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

5. 3 winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

6. By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined by By Firdous®HEALTHandStrictly Body Gains.

7. The competition commences on 5th January, 2025, and concludes 30 days later. Winners will be contacted using the provided contact details submitted during entry.

8. By participating in this competition, entrants consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes.

9. By entering this campaign, winners confirm their genuine interest in utilising the prize, andany declines may affect eligibility for future offers or campaigns.

11. If the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment the winner will forfeit their prize.

12. The consultation needs to be taken within 6 months of the winner been notified and any follow ups need to be taken within 28 days.
