3rd party fault minor accident, By Miles + Medical Liscence -Is Hire Car Insured.

Not he best post though let's check....
3rd party accepted minor accident, their insurers are repairing my paintwork which is great.
My Insurance is ByMiles Tracked Milage and I'm Not Covered to drive other vehicles.

3rd Party Insurers are offering  small hire Car for repair duration.
I've no idea if I can drive this, unless 3rd party cover me in their hire cars.

Ask the third party insurers if they are including insurance with the loan car.

DoC wouldn't normally cover hire cars anyway. 

Speak to the TPI, would expect the hire car to come fully insured

"DOC" is a common abbreviation for an option on some insurance policies giving the policyholder minimum legal cover when "driving other cars", normally defines as not owned by you and not hired by you. Not all policies include it anyway.
