as my mum no longer has her attendance allowance or other payment history for my disabled brother HMRC have denied her HRP
she is over 90 years of age - how can the gov expect her to keep all this information if they themselves have confirmed that they destroy all this information once the payments stop
anyone else in a similar position
very annoyed as she looked after him for many years so her NI has gaps

is this for her state pension? was she able to claim the HRP when the pension started?

Did the 'many years' fall into the years 1978 -2010?

Because she is one person, there is currently over 6 Million UC claimants, 3 million PIP claimants, and 12 million claiming state pension.

I would speak to someone like citizens advice or someone with more legal information
