as my mum no longer has her attendance allowance or other payment history for my disabled brother HMRC have denied her HRP
she is over 90 years of age - how can the gov expect her to keep all this information if they themselves have confirmed that they destroy all this information once the payments stop
anyone else in a similar position
very annoyed as she looked after him for many years so her NI has gaps
