     Typed myself this time instead of using autofill and get the same message. I'm using safari on iPad

    Are you filling your date of birth in correctly? I had the same problem just now and that was the problem so I just deleted my date of birth as it isn't needed and it went through ok.

    It doesn't like form fillers. Refresh the page and enter your details manually, it should go through ok.
