Ordered a sony 40 inch tv with ps3 for £999 from jl on fri 28th and the quidco didn`t track. Have discovered that the price instore is £899 so I ring Solihull to see if they have stock but the answerphone says "store is now closed but will be OPEN new years day 11 till 5" This is at one o`clock new years day. Rang cs dept who cannot help cos shops and online arn`t the same co and anyway they don`t price match on line and would I like to cancel. I wouldn`t cancel until i can get one instore but 10%/100quid is a big diff. CS operative just repeated that she couldn`t see why I had got a problem! Not a good start to 2008

Hiya, with all the holidays patience is required. Quidco should track when the money is taken from your card, not on ordering - so I understand, but cuold be wrong! As for the item now being cheeper, well that's down to bad luck.
You are not the only one ,if it helps - I bought a tumble dryer just before Christmas and it is now reduced by £30 in the sale :mad: .
You will have to decide if it is worth the agro of canceling and reordering?
