This whole thing is odd. It just seems strange that two buyers independently would choose somewhat similar items to lie about receiving (jumper and hairclips are both broadly 'clothing', rather than e.g. a pack of playing cards or bag of stones or whatever).
But then for both buyers to refuse to correspond after getting their refund is also weird.
And, that neither of them opened a case is also odd.
(If it were me I might be inclined to do a bit of digging to see if people at each address had any kind of link, but there's never a guarantee of finding even the right people let alone anything definitive.)

In my experience it's not that unusual, messages are easily overlooked. If they are both genuine, it's also easy to believe that they might not want to communicate with a seller who sends hair clips instead of an Ipad.Spoonie_Turtle said:
