Email him directly, his email address is in here https://www.insolvencydirect.bis.gov.uk/fip1/insolvency-practitioner-details/9418/1 and put "I want you to CANCEL my IVA creditors meeting on Friday" as the title. Then explain in the body how you have told PP this but havent had any response.
