Returning a counterfeit item

Hi all,
Did eBay remove the "Does not seem authentic" option when returning items?
I bought a sealed video game and it's a fake copy. As soon as the game has been delivered today the eBay seller became inactive and can't access the item page or user history. So they knew what they are doing.
I just went to my order details and thankfuly I can still open a return. The only thing is there is no option to return under authenticity anymore. I remember this used to be an option not long ago. Should I just return under doesn't match description in this case?

The fact that the seller has become inactive makes me wonder if eBay became aware and closed the seller account (I had something similar a few years ago but it happened before the item was even despatched and my payment was refunded straight away).
I'd either return as not as described or contact them via live chat.1 -
I opened a return under SNAD and got accepted and label provided although seller account is still inactive.

If the sellers account has become inactive or is no longer visible as previously mentioned the account may have been closed for selling counterfeit goods etc.
As mentioned you should contact CS as it may be that they may just refund you without having to send the item back, but do check with them first.
Easiest way I find is via this link to request a call back. https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid

A bit of a late update on this. I did contact CS before sending the item back and after a lengthy phone call and investigation from the CS operator into the seller account, they have instructed me to not send it back and instead to wait 5 days to get refunded as they would prefer not to see the item get back on the market/platform again. I have been told that the seller account was inactive due to being closed for counterfeit sales activity.Of course the 5 days gone and I didn't receive a refund so I called CS again and after speaking and explaining to the new CS what I was told previously, they agreed for me to send back and get a refund once the item is returned. In the end I ended up returning and getting a refund. A shame if the item makes it back on the market and someone less experienced will end up paying a hefty cost for something that is fake.0
