Capital One balance transfers..??

Happy new year all!
I have a Capital One Platinum card which is on a 0% deal til March. I am hoping to clear this balance and then transfer another debt over as I have a large limit on this card of 12k. My question is do Cap One offer any transfers for the life of the balance or is it by invite only?
