Any advice? Partial application

Hi, I used the credit card eligibility checker to find a decent balance deal. Started the application with Lloyds then the doorbell went and had some visitors round. I hit the website timeout & now can't finish the application. 
The deal no longer shows up on the eligibility calculator & Lloyds website won't let me start applying again as it says I already have one in progress 😐
Anyone know if I wait it out will they contact me to complete it or am I likely to have lost the deal?

Hi - I had a very similar situation with MBNA last month!  I got distracted by the children and couldn't get back in.....when I tried it said I wasn't eligible etc.  I actually posted on here about it!

I ended up calling MBNA the following day and they were extremely helpful - they found the application (using my email address and postal address) and deleted it.  Told me to wait 20 minutes and try again.  I did and was successful!
