Everything crossed for MrVix!
I empathize with you on the non-festive meal - we have our redundancy/cut-back meeting 2 days before our supposed festivities and we are all meant to go and pay heed to the spirit of the season!4 YEARS 10 MONTHS DEBT FREE!!! (24 OCT 2016)(With heartfelt thanks to those who have gone before us & their indubitable generosity.)...and now I have a mortgage! (23 AUG 2021)Original End Date - Sept 2041 New projection - Sep 2038 (reduced by 3 years)4 -
The announcement about redundancies was meant to be in October RT - there are discussions ongoing but it means everyone who is affected is stuck in limbo. In addition, boss/friend has had some unfounded accusations made about her which is now affecting her planned work travel (two weeks of it) due to happen tomorrow. So that’s fun too.Am currently on the bus awaiting departure from the second park and ride - there were no spaces at the first one! Glad I left a bit of time spare today. Going for a catch up meeting with other boss who is on mat leave first - looking forward to seeing her (and very much looking forward to her coming back!).Mortgage free 16/06/2023! £132,500 cleared in 11 years, 3 months and 7 days
