Hello All!
I'm very glad I stumbled across this thread, albeit too late after already attempting to appeal this "Invoice". Usually, I would have left it for some time but as I had actually paid for the parking and am still in possession of the physical printed ticket; I figured there was no way I didn't beat that appeal.
As you can imagine, I was wrong. Turns out; similarly to all the other reviews under the car parks google page, I didn't purchase it fast enough (go figure).
I found this fantastic thread and had been waiting intently for my LoC to turn up. It has and unfortunately due to the holidays; I have just got round to writing my response, which I believe is due no later than tomorrow. I had far more time left on my ticket than it took for me to purchase the ticket, which is my argument. I was also very barely over the limit, considering the variables that I wont disclose just incase they do make me identifiable.
It's all pretty self-explanatory however, as I have already appealed; is there anything else you would advise adding above the two question section on the template provided?
I'll attach a redacted copy of both of the letters below (NTK,LOC).

Thank you for all your help.
As expected, I've received their standard nonsense response! It gives me another 30 days to pay the £170. What do I do with this? Should I ignore this and await a claim?1 -
Yep.
