At this magnification you can see a line immediately below the arrow. I think this is a result of copy & pasting Kenny into square B3.60 -

B3 is definitely right. I found the original image on a stock image website using google image reverse image search, and when you overlay it on top of the competition one you can clearly see that where One-eye is suggesting the dog has been added is the correct place.
