I thought that was my only option to start the process again as I had ignored it 🥲.

I can get some photos of the signage next time I go but it's an expensive ferry ride away.  What am I looking for?

Are there no signage pics on Google images?

That's odd. The first thing I see when I Google the place then change the filter to IMAGES is the sign. Or do you mean the only images in all the Google images results are old?

I have a template on my thread which people here helped me create. I have used it a few times and always been successful. Southampton Quay Byelaws are your friend.

    All the information is here

Bye laws - screen print the correct section and send to popla with your appeal template.

Thanks - I think the issue is I identified the driver as had left it too long to appeal and wanted to get the POPLA code...

Thanks - I did see that but the image is too low resolution and can't see any of the text or details.  Is there a template appeal I can make having identified the driver?  Would be great to know best way forward as the cost is escalating if I need to actually pay this bloody thing!

Really appreciate everyone's help so far.

    The cost isn't 'escalating'.

I can't recall what stage you are at (and I never have time to read back) but ALL stages are covered in NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST.

Hi coupon-mad - thanks for your response, it's appreciated.

I've gone back through the Newbies thread and am still at a bit of a loss.  To recap the situation, I received a fine but mistakenly thought the advice was ignore, I did so until the LBCCC arrvied, which then prompted me to come to the forum again.  On doing so I realised I had messed up, I thought I read somewhere my only option was to identify the driver to start the process again and get the popla appeal code.

Here's what I've done so far:

1 - I have complained to the retailer at the car park, Red Funnell, and received no response.  Will follow up, but they're a terrible company so don't expect much.
2 - Cannot appeal as the Keeper as the driver has now received the fine directly.
3 - I cannot see anything on the newbies thread about appealing as the driver?  Do I just use a template appeal but take the POFA stuff out?  Seems that's the bulk of the appeal.

    Questions
1 - Should I ignore as the driver in the hope it reverts back to keeper, for a keeper appeal as per someone's advice on this thread.

I don't think there is any POFA stuff in the Template Appeal? It is designed to be generic.

ParkingEye won't revert back to the keeper.  So why not try the driver appeal and POPLA?
