Renu Health Purchase - Company No Longer Found

Hello,

I bought a Steam/Sauna Unit from a company called Renu Health UK in May 2024 and need a spare part.

When I email the support address, it is returned saying the address is not recognized.

I clicked on the order confirmation and the website is no longer recognized.

I've also searched for the company online and am having no luck.

Would anyone have any suggestions?

Sounds like they may have closed or gone out of business.

Have you tried looking for spare parts on ebay?

https://renuhealth.uk  appears to have been their website, their Instagram account is still up but the website is down since July. WayBack Machine didnt index any of the useful pages so guessing what the legal entity behind it is going to be a punt unless the OP still has the original invoice which has more details. 

Is the problem with the steam generator or the cubical? Wouldn't be surprised if they are off the shelf components that they just rebranded as a package but you'd need to look closely at the units to see if there are any signs of the manufacturer
