Please can anyone help? I have had my combi boiler loosing pressure since October, now worse to having to top it up every few hours. I have complained to British Gas and have an open complaint but haven't heard from them since 12 Dec 2024. The engineers keep saying there is a leak however SOS leak detection and dyno rod both said NO leaks but BG taking no responsibility just fobbing me off, I pay every month for a service and £60 on a call out and still boiler loosing pressure. I am at the end of the road with them, the house is only like 7 years old . Please help

If BG say there is a leak then why don't they fix it? Is it because your BG policy only covers the boiler and so doesn't extend to which part of the heating/hot water system is leaking?
