Toys R Us - well done from me!

i got a buggy in May (toys r us own brand - bruin presto) -
it basically fell apart - i took it back in October, they exchanged it (without the receipt as had only been in production for 6 months)
the new one developed problems (wheels falling off etc) and i went in to exchange it for another one completley - expecting a fight, but fair play - straight away they gave me a credit note for the full amount, even though it was now on sale for £30 less!!
(as you might know - i am happy to rant and vent, but this was a big well done) got a chicco now!

That's good to hear. I have known someone else to get great customer service from Toys R Us on buggies, basically when they changed their mind and realised it didn't suit their needs after their baby arrived they swapped it for them!0
