Unable to Withdraw Savings from Help to Save Account

Is anyone else in this position? For the past 2 months I have been trying to withdraw money from my Help to Save account. Every time I am met with the response below. I wasn't trying to close the account, just withdraw £100 and my balance is £2400. I've complained to the gov.uk tech folk repeatedly but not even had a reply yet.

What address do you use?  I can get someway from using the link on https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/help-to-save-service-availability-and-issues/ba650183-f048-4793-98ac-622b0f62d1a8 but not too far since I dont have a help to save acount.

Just using my normal login. I've cleared cache, tried using it on two different computers and four different browsers but they all return "Service unavailable". Am beginning to wonder if this was the plan all along as I see that to close your account you need to phone them. I was only asking for £100 and it's my money! But that seems not possible. HMRC have been no help at all.

Seems most likely account specific, however one last try I'd suggest, as long as you have data available, turn your wifi off on your mobile device, and try logging into HTS via the internet browser on your mobile.

The only withdrawal I've made was my first £600 bonus in November and that went ok.

All I can say is keep on at them.
