@micron I would go back to CS and ask for it to be removed as it breaches the feedback policy, quoting this;
We remove neutral/negative feedback when: An eBay Money Back Guarantee case or payment dispute was closed with the seller having met their obligations to the buyer. You have met your obligations. worth a try,

No harm in contacting them again to say there's been a mistake, the negative itself needs to be removed not just the comment.0

I've never had a red dot left when the comments have been removed under the new system, that's the old system where sellers had to show libel. If I use the report button then the whole lot is removed.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. We want to assure you that we've taken action to remove the comment from your feedback profile. Since the ratings still reflect the buyer's view of their experience, those will remain."

Micron as @Spoonie_Turtle suggests go back to CS as I think if you get someone to review the defect itself (not just the comment). Personally I would always try earlier doors monday to Friday as you have a better chance of someone in Dublin, but I think they are wrong for the following from their feedback policy.
Returns issues
We remove neutral/negative feedback when any of the following occurred and this is what the buyer is referencing:
- The item was returned used or damaged and the seller deducted an amount from the refund
- The seller declined a change-of-mind return request, as the listing didn’t offer returns
- The buyer changed their mind and was liable for the cost of an eBay return label
- The seller offers free returns, handled the return and issued a refund

My returns investigation has been completed and the case is now closed.The buyer scammer gets issued a full refund of £175 from ebay and gets to keep the £170 worth of goods.My funds from the auction of £175 are now available to me but I have been given a bill of £5 for the return postage, I do get to keep the leftover bits and pieces that were returned by the scammer which I may be able to sell for £5-£10 so that should cover my extra costs.Relative to other people who have been scammed and posted recently I came out ok but the scammer did really well out of it all, a £170 profit for a few taps on a phone and a trip to the local post box, I have no doubt he will do it again and again and again, it’s just all too easy do.Thank you all for your posts and help.0
