HTB: Funds Received - not allocated

Hi. I opened a 6 month fixed saver with HTB (Hampshire Trust Bank) yet on checking my account today I noticed that the last payment I sent has not been put in the account and in the description it displays "Funds Received - not allocated".
Does anyone know what this means? My regular current account is showing the amount as having left that account.

Suggests they've received it but not allocated it to your account. Is the deposit in line with the T&Cs and have you given them enough time to process it, taking into account non-working days.
