Molly, I'm glad they credited yours.
I've not gotten credited for mine, nor received an email. I wasn't expecting to, since they never do, but I was still hoping to get the credit anyway since it's a site-wide problem.1 -
Did you look at your Zendesk page? On mine, both surveys were marked "Awaiting Reply", but since I had not received any e-mail, I posted to the portal in each case saying so. This triggered a "Your ticket was updated" email, and the surveys changed to "Under Review"; and some hours later they were rewarded, and there were emails saying so, and then emails asking for feedback. But I suspect that if I had not posted to the tickets on the portal, they would have stayed at "Awaiting Reply" until after some time they would be marked as "Solved" automatically.

Thanks Molly, but similar to Missymouse, I no longer have a way to access the Zendesk page. It only says "page not found".
I suppose this is Swagbucks way of getting rid of most of us. No way to get credited for any surveys completed, and no way to get them to read our complaints. Trustpilot it is.
I did just try another short one, completed it, and was told it was not for me and no credit received. I've been here since 2012. Cannot believe their audacity!2 -
Looking at my page, it only lists tickets from 2025 - nothing before January. I guess that if there were no tickets, there might possibly be no page?

On the link to customer support tickets it says this page is not found so you can’t easily track your queries and emails, frustrating2

Thank goodness they seemed to resolve the problem yesterday evening of surveys not crediting. At least for me. I tried the shortest one available, which was two minutes, and it credited.
Didn't manage to reach the daily goal yesterday, because after too many failing to credit, I wasn't willing to risk wasting more than 5 minutes on a survey, but today I managed to complete plenty of short surveys that credited, and reach my daily goal.
How has it been for everybody else today?1 -
SB decided long ago that surveys aren't for everyone, and in particular that they aren't for me.Weekends in general, and Sundays in particular, have been dire of late. I get 22SB from the free games, 3 x search, and the daily poll, so that left 63SB needed from Tapjoy to hit the daily goal of 85SB.I finally got over the line with 28SB from a Theorem Reach survey about Burberry. It gave me a long list of brands and asked me which I had heard of, then which of those I had shopped at in the past year, then said that Burberry had been selected for me to answer questions about.0

I just want to warn everybody not to bother with the survey about "premium chocolates". It said 3 minutes for 15 swagbucks, but it took 40 minutes and then didn't credit.
I'm going to log here every time I complete a survey for nothing.5
