I am most certainly not the expert, JiJ!  However, shortly after I started on Swagbucks in 2014, I tried and failed to access it when on  holiday in Malta.  I wrote to  Customer Service, who replied that it was not available in Malta or many other countries, and although I don't remember their issuing threats about use in the wrong countries, they have tightened almost everything up since those days.  Anyway, I never again tried to log in when further from home than the Channel islands!

Is everybody else still able to get paid for completing surveys?
I completed a short one before going to bed last night, but it didn't credit. I didn't put in a ticket,  because it was just a short one, and they completely stopped replying to my tickets months ago.
But then I spent a significant amount of time just now on a survey about gold, and it also didn't credit, so I put in a ticket anyway. I usually still put tickets in even though they stopped responding to my tickets in April.

Does anybody know how to make them respond to my tickets like they used to? I've probably completed 100 surveys since April that didn't get credited, or even a response to my ticket.

I usually get paid for surveys, although I only enter ones which pay a reasonable rate;  but this morning I spent 20 minutes on a 62SB on which should have taken 15 minutes, and got nothing - not even a DQ payment.  I have raised a ticket, but the emails which  used to be automatically sent on receipt no longer materialise.
MTA:  When I look at the Zendesk page for my account, <https://help.swagbucks.com/hc/en-us/requests>, it shows the ticket sitting there marked "New", so at least it has arrived.  All previous tickets are marked "Solved" even if I have not received an email;  the last one to be marked "Credit applied", with an email to me, was 22 days ago.

Thanks for the reply, MollyR. I'll check out my tickets page.
I'd been wondering if it was just some of us, or if it was a problem specific to me, that they no longer reply to any tickets. Or maybe we get a set amount of tickets that will be replied to, and once we surpass that, they no longer help? Which isn't fair, but when has Swagbucks ever been fair.

Luckily I managed to get credited for two just now, and I thought I was on a roll, but the next one I completed also didn't credit. It was about horseracing and gambling, just so hopefully other people can avoid wasting their time.

I'll have a look on Reddit, and see if maybe anyone there knows a way around the no email response issue.

I'm giving up with SwagBucks for today.  I don't care that I will now have a break in the streak for this month.
I have completed about 5 surveys (most of about 20-30 mins) and which then have not even given a DQ.  This started this morning (before the 8 am close/start of day).  So yesterday I got to the first point and maintained the streak but couldn't get to the second point and today has been an abject failure.  I generally think that trying to get them to subsequently award SBs is not worth the effort and any way it doesn't help with the streak.

Oh no, I was hoping the problem would have been fixed by now.
I looked on Reddit earlier, and it seems that nobody is getting paid today.
I actually did receive 400 points today for one of those in home user tests I did weeks ago. I think it was for crisps.

Hopefully Swagbucks is actually going to pay everybody for today's surveys, because think of how many thousands of people will have completed surveys and not gotten a penny? That would save Swagbucks thousands of dollars.
I think this happened once a few months ago, and if I remember correctly, people did receive their points the next day.
But I won't complete any more surveys on here for tonight. Or until I hear people reporting that the problem has been resolved. I could complete the same surveys elsewhere and actually get credited for them.

Yes one of mine didn’t pay out but fortunately I had screenshotted. Sometimes it disappears before you manage this

IlikeBTS, I think it's staggering you've completed 100 surveys at Swagbucks since April that haven't credited and you didn't even get a reply to your tickets.
Given that you say you could complete them elsewhere and be credited, surely it's time to move to those places and stop doing them at Swagbucks for nothing.

I’ve just had a look at the query page and noticed the section where you could check your progress on a ticket isn’t there and there is no automatic email to keep track of your progress or am I missing something?

It has been fixed now - around 10:30 last night (adjusting the timestamps they used) they must have realised something was wrong, and I received emails and credits for both my tickets - and requests for feedback!!  But I shall in future always keep an eye on my tickets via the Zendesk portal.
