Surveys are not crediting for me and by the looks of the comment section on SB daily poll, neither is it for lots of others.  I guess I won't be able to complete my monthly streak now

I’ve just had the same issue if it’s any consolation . Put in a ticket and now you have to put the same nonsense in twice

I am not getting to complete any surveys to see whether they are crediting!  Well, I did complete one earlier today, but rather than return me to Swagbucks it came up with a 404.  I raised a ticket, with a screenshot of the last page of the survey, but it's a gamble whether or not they action it.  So far I am on 46 SB, so need another 30 to reach the daily goal.  Most of what I have got has come from survey disqualifications, which are crediting.

Same here, the only survey I completed today was not credited.

I tried to put in a ticket but the ticket page wouldn't let me.

I have put a ticket in for each one which is 3 and I can’t reach goal. I noticed they merged the queries together so they must be having a problem 

I also notice the app on phone gives me more surveys than on my iPad which makes no sense

I've completed at least two surveys (both much longer than the initial projected length) - received the SB "congrats" message but no SBs awarded.  Can't be bothered to spend even more time in trying to chase them for the SBs - it's like throwing good money after bad.

I'm so annoyed. I'm about 20 points away from a £10 Amazon, and I'm not even going to be able to get 20 points tomorrow since it seems they are now keeping our survey points for themselves.

Time to update my last 1 star Trust Pilot review.

I've just completed a survey and reached my daily goal.  It seems to be back.

Thank you so much for letting me know, Purple Vamp. I was feeling quite down about that all evening, thinking that they must be going out of business.

And thank you for risking wasting your time. I didn't want to risk not getting paid for a survey.

I may delete that last post.
