I’m finding the search win page is not letting me claim search.

its usually a real pain with the captcha but this is a new thing

not impressed

Clear cookies and maybe unplug the router to get a new IP. You probably have a low Recaptcha trust score and with a fresh IP it should go through very easy. Happens to me all the time, but for various other reasons

Presumably the "our help page" was of no help whatsoever?

Our help was no help tbh

 I find doing the captchas a PITA and they always seem to catch you out or is it just me. 

Why I need to do them for 3 sb search is beyond me

When is a bicycle not a bicycle or a motorcycle not a motorcycle, coaches and cars the same! Feel your pain.

Think some are set up for multiple attempts whatever.

Used to absolutely hate fire hydrants but at least you know where you are with fire hydrants

Yes and do you have to complete all the squares even if there is a tiny bit in it and does it include person on bike etc and why in the first place do I have to do it anyway

And bicycles and motorcycles do/don't include people riding them? Who knows? currently favouring doesn't include.
