Good luck with the ticket, not sure what the odds are.
Search, I got 3,5,7 in that order today.

Hi All, I am having problems redeeming a Tesco gift card, on the verification to my mobile no text is being received. I check my phone and I am receiving other texts.

When you gave them the mobile number, did you include the +44 or 0044 at the start?  Because otherwise they are bound to have assumed it was an American number.

Thanks Molly, I have redeemed the gift cards many times, this is the first time the verification code hasn’t arrived. I was just wondering if anyone else was having the same problem.

I have the verification sent by e-mail (and I had one just the other day, after ordering a card to make use of my Team Challenge 300SB Swagup;  I wonder whether it might be worth your while trying that route?

Thanks Molly, how do you opt for the e-Mail option?

Good point!  I've always had my reward notifications by e-mail;  I'm not sure where I would opt to receive them by SMS.  I just sort of assumed you had deliberately asked to receive them by SMS, but maybe it's down to Swagbucks where they send it, possibly based on when people signed up.  They seem to think that a mobile phone is more secure than a desktop computer, which I find absolutely extraordinary - I have never accidentally dropped my computer in the pub, for instance.
I'm sorry I can't be of more help!

Thanks Molly, I will try again in a few days time, if it's still not working I will have to contact them.

It’s all working now, must have been a Swagbucks weekend thing.
