Just to wish everyone who contributes in any way to this (usually) wonderful Savings and Investments forum, no matter whether you're a complete newbie, an occasional visitor or a regular contributor, whether you post a lot, infrequently, very rarely or not at all, a very happy and productive (in the ways that you want it to be) 2025! I wish you all much success with all your Savings and/or Investments this year plus, even more importantly, peace and happiness at home, work, college / university (if applicable), in your leisure time, and in all other public & private aspects of your life!

Also I sincerely hope and fervently wish for 2025 to be a much more peaceful, happy and productive year than 2024 turned out to be in the wider world, with far less personal conflict, far fewer wars, far less social, political and religious division altogether! And hopefully also some real, discernible progress on a global level in dealing with the climate crisis! Perhaps I'm asking for way too much? In fact I very probably am! But I think it's fair to say that it will not be difficult for 2025 to be better overall than 2024 so maybe we can all drink to that?

P.S. Your 'drink' (should you wish to share a toast) can be alcoholic or non-alcoholic, hot or cold, sweet or savoury, almost completely tasteless (i.e. water) or even entirely imaginary! It's the act of coming together (virtually in this case) to genuinely wish for our individual and collective hopes and dreams to be realised that really counts!

I just pray its a happy and healthy year.

I say that for massively personal reasons (truth is I am scared to death of losing the love of my life and am actually crying as I type this) but yes I hope everybody enjoys a good 2025.

I sincerely wish you real, lasting comfort, that your mutual love for one another is so strong that it can overcome all difficulties, however overwhelming they may presently be, and, in time, a genuine happiness that replaces all of the sadness that you're currently feeling!
