Locked out of Facebook - help!

I've managd to lock myself out of Facebook, I think because it forced me to change my password, and it took me through the process a number of times so I have no idea what my password is.

How can I get back into my account?

Selecting the "Forgotten Password" option on the logon page, and make sure you remember what password you use this time.

If you're logged in on another device (phone for example) you can often send a code to that asking whether to permit login

i have the same problem. I know my password but they want to send a text to my mobile. I no longer have that mobile and can't get back in. What can I do?
