Cineworld customer (not) care issue: Cannot resolve

Hi, 
In desperation I am trying anyone who makes reference to Cineworld as I have a long-standing problem that their incredibly poor customer service team haven't resolved. It is a small issue that has become so much more due to the fact they no longer have a telephone service you can use to speak to someone, or a contact method that results in a positive outcome.
I have tried to escalate my frustrations & have got no further than junior level customer service. I was wondering if there is anyway I can write directly to senior members, to get a more satisfactory result? I do not even want an apology, I just want a working app. I cannot buy live performance tickets at a discounted price, though I have a Cineworld pass (& have had one for 5 yrs) and customer services just won't acknowledge this.
I appreciate I won't reach the directors, but it would be great if senior staff can be contacted, who might actually resolve my issue. I have sent several polite emails & have been told they will not look at this issue again even though the problem hasn't been resolved. I even tried through Resolver. They just sent me the same useless generic contact.

  • Not all live performances are eligible for a discount with your unlimited card. In particular the recent Ballet showings were not eligible for a discount.
