  • my Uc awarded me LCWRA on 16 /dec /24 after requesting a medical assesment on 26/2/22 

    I was in bad car accident have all medical records and beleive me or not still awaiting operation . assesment was only a telephone call 

    They back dated payment of LCWRA to May 24 only im confused any advise  I can see any missed Fit Notes , but do have notes stating running out but no breaks in claim and no changes in injury

    It would have been better to have started your own thread with your question, rather than ask on someone else's thread. This often causes confusion to others that are trying to help. 

    If any of those fit notes were backdated because you didn't provide constant fit notes then this will cause issues as is often the case. You can check all of that by looking back through your journal. 
  • Just Read my award letter from LCWRA and it says when payments start 3 months after 1 st fit not which was 21/01/22 so why only paid back to May 2024 Its a human error I think it should be May 2022 am I right 

    Awaiting a operation on ruptured ACL and recently on 24th November had major surgury 

    All medical surgeons details theve had since day 1 so why only 8 months back date and not 30 months 


    And surely over 3 calender years this is way too long
