I did read the reviews, but my previous providers all had bad reviews and I had no issues myself - thinking shall I give them a go.
OP: I always assumed anytime calls were always landline related and not mobiles. After my experience I wish I'd stayed with Utility Warehouse. They include mobiles in their anytime deal. they give new customers a better deal than those who have been with them for 20 years....like me...my main beef with them is there no appreciation of their loyal customers otherwise they are ok.Good luck but I really would think twice about Pop Telecom as my conversations with them left a nasty taste!...0 -

Now being in my 75th year, I find it so hard to do what used to be simple things.... I'm now trying to renew my house insurance and it's draining me!My point was really around the MSE "?" button next to anytime calls. It could say "mobiles not included"The deal Filter could also include both with and without mobiles. Both these would be relatively easy to implement. The main point I'm making is that after talking with them I don't feel they have any "Heart" or flexibility, and would therefore recommend not using Pop Telecom. They just seem to be about finding ways to charge you more rather than looking after our long term customer care. I've now got to stay with them for 18 months and then I'll be leaving!
I just did a quick check and BT, as one example, appear to not do mobiles in their "Anytime" calls packages. Unlike mobile plans where calls to other mobiles seem ubiquitous, I don't think the same is true for landline packages.
If people had to explain everything, ad nauseum, there'd be 50 pages of text every time we wanted to buy something, and people still wouldn't read most of it.
