PCN from TNC from October to wrong address

Hi,

Can't seem to find old account so can post up screenshot of information I have.

Partner stopped for 5 minutes (as per provided photos) Infront of a business premises at Luton airport on the 23rd October 2024

First they knew about this was a missed call from TNC on behalf of Universal Parking Enforcement Ltd on the 16th December 2024. Not knowing what it was about they called back and I guess mentioned it was them driving and what they were doing stopped there. I'm not sure where they got their phone number from.

They realised the V5 had not been updated from house move hence not getting any info.

They provided email address for them to send over their evidence and any other information. Have received three photos, two of the car and one of the parking sign. The information states no NTK issued/sent.

I had read somewhere about ensuring they have a correct address incase of a court summons being posted.

Short of ignoring everything else, should a new address be sent to TNC and a request that all existing addresses be deleted?

Yes to the latter,  to the DPO at the parking company UPE  plus any debt collectors involved too, like TNC

It's not just in case of any summons, it's also about any other correspondence,  especially from the CNBC in Northampton  ( or police,  councils authorities etc  )

So Universal Parking Enforcement   (  I have never heard of them, but they are on the IPC AOS members list ) whereas TNC are mere debt collectors   )

Get them to block any more calls from TNC/CIS nasty aggressive firm who tell a lot of lies.

No, not deleted; erased. It has a specific meaning where data processing is concerned.

What do you mean? What exactly does it say and where? Did you get a SAR yet they haven't provided an NTK?

When contacting the DPO to erase the old address, also ask for a full copy (both sides) of the NTK that their client is relying upon AND ask them to pause debt recovery and reissue it in accordance with the joint BPA/IPC Code of Practice clause about cases where no NTK was received, such as when the keeper has moved.

There MUST have been a NTK. They can't just get keeper data then ring people up!

Username I can't remember, checked through last few years of emails but couldn't find any from MSE forum (more of a lurker than a poster!)

In regards to contacting DPO's, I presume via email is fine? Would I be best searching the forums for some sort of template?

They had sent as part of the email some sort of list stating offence, date, place etc etc (this is what I wanted to attach but I can't on a new account) on it it says NTK Issued? and No next to it.

When requesting the NTK, is this from the debt collector or from Universal Parking or both? Is this what you mean by both sides?
