Royal Bank app update payments not working

Has anyone else noticed that since a recent update the Royal Bank app seems to be showing New next to payments at the bottom in the middle but when you click on it you get a blank white screen?
I can still make payments by going through the account section but just wondered if it is just my app playing up or is anyone else having the issue as well?
