    Why? This stage is fully expected and is in the NEWBIES thread under the massive RED CAPITALS sub-heading called IMPORTANT: KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN.

    Clearly you are at the normal WS & evidence stage, with a deadline that the Hearing Order tells you on page 2.

    Thanks! I was caught in a VERY busy work period with 3 GCSE/A level exams in one week so didn't read it carefully.

    Thankfully I have just had a notice of discontinuance
