I have just received two letters of claim-one dcblegal and one from SiP.
Is the DCB Legal one for a different PPC?

You aren't filling in ANY of the attached forms.
Sorry I’ve double checked DCb legal is a letter of claim and the sip is notice prior to claim?thanks for replying

I've replied on the other thread that you hijacked that you need to start your own thread(s).
  • Hi there - first off thanks so much for the support that's provided here. it's super comprehensive - and I'm very grateful. @Coupon-mad or @KeithP - could either of you confirm. The defence that was provided you've mentioned that the defence works for DCB Legal but not for euro car parks limited? Do you have any threads available with a defence that specifically works for them? I've followed all the steps for acknowledgment of service. But a bit stuck on next steps around the defence aspect. Thanks so much in advance for your help with this.

    Yay! Very well done.

    ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

You realise you could email the court to ask for your costs? Did you take a day off work? See the two examples of that (after very late discontinuance) in the second post of the NEWBIES thread.

Like DCB Legal (whose MO they have copied) Moorside Legal show no real intention to attend hearings.

A shocking serial abuse of the E&W court service on our experience.

Around half of all small claims are parking claims (with 90% causing CCJs, and the rest paid out of fear or almost all dropped like hot potatoes once they are about to see the whites of a judge's eyes).

It should be an embarrassment to the MoJ, that so much time and expense of HMCTS is being p133ed down the drain when they could easily ban this sector from using MCOL and shine a light on these champertous, inflated rip-off claims.
