Santander £150 - Incorrect info on MSE site??

Hi

So on the MSE site you can claim the £150 if you haven't received a switch bonus since September 2021. However if you click the link through from MSE to Santander, it states you won't get the bonus if you have ever received a incentive bonus, period.

Any comments?

Yes, you've highlighted the fact that it's always best to read the switch requirements on the bank's website, rather than go by the summary published by the MSE staff.

While MSE often get these things wrong, in this case they haven't.

Perfect example of why it pays to read the actual T&C's from the incentive provider, rather than relying on the paraphrased version from MSE or even the summary page on the bank's website...

Santander states if you have ever had an incentive bonus you cannot get another. This is not what MSE site states.

You are reading Santander's summary - not the actual terms. As advised above read the actual terms, never just the summary. MSE are, in this case, correct. Santander's summary is wrong. Read Santander's actual terms!!!

Well one would assume Santander would have the correct information on their site. If their summary is wrong that's not my fault!!!
