Good afternoon everyone. I haven't been posting daily for a little while now, as I really don't feel the need. My last drink was March the 20th last year and I really haven't been inclined to break that spell. I will, however, check in 2,3,4 times a week, so don't worry. I haven't gone away! As you might have guessed, it's 16 for me today, please. Thank you.

Once i got over the initial 25 failed attempts of not drinking of 2024; it actually wasn't too bad. It does feel like 6 of the longest months of my life though. I think the main change has been that when something less than ideal happens it doesn't enter my head to have a drink until a fairly long time after the fact and I will then think "oh I didn't think to drink!" 

    16/28 for Feb please :-)
